PURPOSE: An IEQplus is provided to assist the development of IQ, EQ and a creative idea of infants, to increase the IQ, memory and creative idea of students to enhance the learning ability of the students, and to prevent senile dementia by cutting an alpha wave of brain waves into 0.5 second unit and inputting the cut alpha waves into 7 sound scales. CONSTITUTION: The IEQplus cuts an alpha wave of brain wave shape into 0.5 second unit to form a sound scale. Furthermore, the IEQplus may cut the alpha wave of brain wave shape into 0.5 units and input the cut alpha waves into 7 sound scales of Do, Re, Mi, Pa, Sol, Ra and Si to form natural sound.
