METHOD FOR PRODUCING AND SYNTHESIZING OF FORM-RESTORATION MATERIAL FOR ISOCYANATE (RESIN) THERMAL DECOMPOSITION POLYMERIZED CONCRETE

PURPOSE: A method for producing form-restoration material is provided to reduce working time and to ensure simplicity and convenience to store and deliver the material by eliminating complex mixing processes for preparing mortar by means of thermal decomposition polymerization technique. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several processes of mixing cement and quartz sand in a mixer under the warm condition for 20-30 minutes by using hot blowing air in the air rotating manner of moderate speed at less than 100 deg.C; adding to the mixed aggregates the isocyanate resin under the condition of 70-80 deg.C and 3-5% moisture content; thermally decomposing the resin and the aggregates by rotating hot air at high velocity to combine them in the microfine granule form. The final product is the form restoration material in the granulated and/or powdery state. The cement/quartz sand/isocyanate resin/water of the restoration material is preferably combined in a weight ratio(%) of 100/20-80: 100/20-80: 100/5-25: 100/5-20.
