PURPOSE: A bean germinative solution containing vinegar and a method for cultivating bean sprouts by using thereof are provided to add the specific efficiency of vinegar to the bean sprouts and to improve merchandising ability by extending the preservation period. CONSTITUTION: In the bean germinative solution containing vinegar and the method for cultivating bean sprouts by using thereof, a few stages are included. In the first stage, the beans, which are soaked in water for 1-3 hours, are loaded in a load tub. In the second stage, the bean germinative solution, which is made by mixing 70-90% of water and 10-30% of vinegar, is sprayed for 1-3 minutes at 4-6 hour intervals and is germinated for 24 hours. In the third stage, the bean sprouts are cultivated with the normal method and then they grow out as the length of 7-10cm. |
