<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacture of kitchen ware is provided to manufacture kitchen ware in a large quantity and a rapid manner by simplifying manufacturing processes of kitchen ware using rolling processes. CONSTITUTION: An annealed strip is annealed to soften the structure, and passed between upper and lower rollers to have an initial shape of a handle and a kitchen ware in a pre-forming step(100). The pre-formed kitchen ware is passed between upper and lower rollers to have a certain shape in the first forming step(102). The kitchen ware is heated to be annealed in a heating step. The kitchen ware formed into an incomplete shape is formed by upper and lower rollers having the shape of a complete kitchen ware to have a complete shape in the second forming step(104). A pattern is formed at one side of the kitchen ware obtained through the second forming in a pattern forming step(106). A final product is obtained.</p> |
