METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING ABSENT MESSAGE IN MOBILE TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A method for transferring an absent message in a mobile terminal is provided to automatically make an absent message transferred to inform a caller that a receiver cannot receive a telephone call, so that the caller directly can judge the current situation. CONSTITUTION: A user accesses a character(image) message service site through the wireless Internet service of his terminal. The user selects a message type(S110). The user selects and registers one among a voice message(S111), a text message(S112) and a character(image) message(S113) for his absent message. In case that the user selects the voice message(S111), the user is connected with a VMS so that the registration of the absent message can be made through recording. If the user selects the text message(S112), the message is registered as the absent message through editing. If the user selects the character(image) message(S113), the user selects a message according given procedures and registers it as the absent message.
