PURPOSE: A water spray stack purifying smoke in magnetic field is provided to recover toxic smoke as condensed wastewater by condensing fine dusts and carbon with water. CONSTITUTION: A smoke exhaustion stack(2) of a boiler passes through the inner bottom(4) of a main stack(4). A heat shield(3) is equipped outside the exhaustion stack(2). A smoke purification stack made of nonferrous metal is attached to the main stack(4). Inside top(6) and bottom(7) inner wall of the smoke purification stack, a cooling water spray pipe(8) and a water spray pipe are installed vertically. A strong permanent magnet(or an electromagnet) is installed to make strong magnetic fields(M,M').
