PURPOSE: A membership B to B system and a method thereof are provided to activate a large quantity purchase, a convenience of a management, and a membership actively in a B to B between companies. CONSTITUTION: A web server(100) processes information of an order, a delivery, a payment, and after service. A system managing unit(200) having a commodity DB, an ordering DB, a member DB, and a notice board DB transmits specific commodity information in accordance with inherent commodity information and performs a system management and a supporting company member ID management. A purchase managing unit(300) confirms information being requested for an approval by a company purchase member through the web server(100) and performs an order approval in accordance with an approval requesting information, an approval cancel, and a partial approval and performs a result confirmation of a paying status. A supporting managing unit(400) performs business information and an ID management of a B to B transaction company and performs an order confirmation, a delivery management, and a paying management using the ordering information of the purchase managing unit(300). A database server(500) stores all information being processed in the web server(100).
