PURPOSE: An Al casting mold using directly circulating cold/hot water is provided to promote perfect molding by heating and cooling a molding part concentrically in a moment with a cold/hot water chamber in a mold. CONSTITUTION: Each cold/hot water chamber is mounted inside cores(1,1') of an upper plate(100) and on the lower inside of molding holes(2,2') of a lower plate(200). The cold/hot water chambers are communicated with connecting pipes(7) to circulate cold/hot water selectively through each suction port(4) and drain port(5). To mold a shoes sole, foaming material having specific shape is put into the molding hole of the lower plates. The foaming material is pressed by the two cores of the upper plate. When the hot water is supplied to the suction ports of the upper and the lower plate, the hot water flows into the cores of the upper plate and into the cold/hot water chambers under the molding hole of the lower plate. Then, the hot water is flowed to the other side of the cold/hot water chambers and drained through the drain ports. Plural soles are molded sequentially by repetition of the processes. The hot water is circulated to the lower portion of the molding hole and the inside of the cores. The thermal energy of the hot water is supplied to a specific part necessary for foaming concentrically. Therefore, the necessary thermal energy is supplied sufficiently from a small amount of hot water.
