PURPOSE: A top plate of a prefabricated hot floor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the heat conductivity, heat accumulation and compression strength while reducing the heat deformation by containing yellow soil and elvan, and improve the assembling work of the top plate with piping blocks and other top plates by forming nuts and U-shaped stepped parts. CONSTITUTION: A top plate(10) of an assembly type floor heater is formed of 13.0-16.0wt% of yellow soil, 8.0-11.0wt% of elvan, 50.0-60.0wt% of sand, 7.0-10.0wt% of calcium carbonate, 12.0-14.0wt% of unsaturated polyester resin, and 0.2-0.3wt% of a cobalt-based catalyst, and includes a plurality of nuts(11) formed with a groove(11a) on an outer peripheral surface and planted in a bottom surface of the top plate by insert-moulding, the nut being mounted with a fixture(12) by a bolt(13) for coupling the top plate with a piping block(20) via a plurality of fixing holes(21), and a U-shaped stepped part(14) formed at a side end part for connecting the top plate to adjacent top plates, wherein the top surface of the top plate is formed with a resin-coated layer(15) after polishing.
