PURPOSE: A payment system using a Korea telecom KT card is provided to enhance an effective value of the KT card and to increase the number of users and to prevent a large risk of a user when losing the KT card by appending a billing function to the KT card. CONSTITUTION: A card number displayed at the rear surface of the KT card is used as an inherent number as that of a credit card. The card number displayed at the rear surface of the KT card is used for a certification number when a small amount of for an ARS is paid by constructing a system for connecting an ARS system to the KT exchanger. Also, when a small amount of for an Internet using charge, a certification is performed by inputting the card number displayed at the rear surface of the KT card.
