PURPOSE: An angle-adjustable lighting apparatus using an optical fiber is provided to achieve a free lighting effect by installing a lens on a front end of an optical fiber cable and condensing light. CONSTITUTION: A PVC stick(3) is coupled with a lower end of a T-socket(2) and vertically inserted into a ground for a lighting apparatus not to be moved. A connection pipe(4) is coupled with a knuckle joint(11). The knuckle joint(11) couples the connection pipe(4) and a flexible pipe(10). The flexible pipe(10) allows an optical fiber cable(1) to be inserted through an empty center and coupled with a plurality of knuckles(12). A housing(20) protects the optical fiber cable(1) discharged to the outside through the flexible pipe(10). A fiber light connector(21) is inserted into an inside of the housing(20) and closely attaches the optical fiber cable(1) and a lens(31). A fiber reducer(22) is inserted into an inside of the fiber light connector and fixes the optical fiber cable(1). A lens part(30) is coupled with the housing(20) by using a screw and condenses a light supplied through the optical fiber cable at a high density and illuminates a predetermined position by installing the lens thereinside.
