PURPOSE: A remote control system of an industrial ink jet printer is provided to respond to a trouble and an error rapidly by sensing an operating status of an industrial ink jet printer by a remote control and providing a managing method for the trouble and the error through on-line through a communication network. CONSTITUTION: A communication network(100) supports a wire/wireless Internet and a telephone communication, and performs a data communication related to a remote control of an industrial ink jet printer(200) by connecting to a communication line between a plurality of communicating interface devices(300) and a provider's computer(400). The industrial ink jet printer(200) is installed in an industrial field and marks or prints a surface of all sorts of commodity. The communicating interface devices(300) is connected to the industrial ink jet printer(200) and performs a data input/output by a specific communication protocol and outputs mechanical and electronic operating status data being outputted from the industrial ink jet printer(200) to the provider's computer(400) through the communication network(100). The provider's computer(400) is connected to the industrial ink jet printer(200) and detects the installed place of the industrial ink jet printer(200) through an inherent address, an inherent number, and an inherent IP being embodied to the communicating interface devices(300).
