PURPOSE: A business model integrating the web and 700 services based on the integration of a web server, a telephone network and a call server is provided so that a customer can receive a 700 data service to his or her telephone or mobile phone rapidly and accurately by selecting and clicking a desired 700 data service in the homepage of a desired 700 service company through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: In a web 700 data service system based on a 700 data service company/private web server, a call server for a communication service provider and an intelligent network, the web server(10) and the call server (14) for a telephone service provider are connected through the Internet(13). The call server (14) allocated to a particular telephone network service provider is connected to the Internet. The call server (14) receives an instruction from the Internet 17 serving as a passage of a service request signal of a 700 line network by clicking the home page by a customer and an instruction from the web server (10) collecting a telephone call request signal, controls a telephone exchange for the communication service provider by a third party call connection control method, and connects a customer call having sent the telephone call request signal and a 700 data service of the 700 line network.
