APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING HIGH VOLTAGE IONIC WATER BY USING SILVER CATALYST DEVICE

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for producing high voltage ionic water by using a silver catalyst device are provided. The produced ion activated water has strong sterilizing effect and so can be used as a preservative sterilizer and a natural preservative. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus consists of: i) a silver catalyst device(100) for ionizing general water; ii) a booster(110) for applying a power source to the silver catalyst device(100); iii) an electric current control part(120) for controlling an electric current according to the applied voltage; iv) a boosting level selection part(130); v) a power source supplying/cutting part(140) for supplying an external power source to the booster(110); vi) a display part(150) for indicating the state of ionization; and vii) a control part(160) for controlling the power source supplying/cutting part(140).
