<p>An apparatus for providing card data to a radio telephone includes a card reader for containing a transaction card containing various types of card data. The card reader reads the card data and forwards this information to a controller which in response thereto, forwards signals to an attached radio telephone representing the received card data. The apparatus is connected to the radio telephone via a connector which enables the apparatus to be detached and reconnected with the radio telephone.</p> |
