PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing noodles containing Lycium fruit powder and Lycii Cortex Radicis hydrothermal extract is provided to give a peculiar taste of Lycium fruit and a medicinal effect. CONSTITUTION: Complex wheat flour 64-70wt.%, Lycium fruit powder 3-8wt.%, Lycii Cortex Radicis hydrothermal extract 28-35wt.% and salt 2-3wt.% are mixed and kneaded to manufacture noodles having a diameter of 2.5mm. The hydrothermal extract liquid is manufactured by mixing Lycii Cortex Radicis and water in a ratio of 0.3:10. The liquid is heated at 80-90deg.C for 5-6 hours to extract soluble substances and filtered with a nylon filter of 10μm. Lycium fruit powder is added to and dipped in the filtrate at 75-85deg.C for 5-10 minutes. The filtrate is cooled to 35deg.C. |
