PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing concrete constructions is provided to improve permeability, bending strength, and tensile strength, and to prevent any crack in the concrete due to the pavement aging process. CONSTITUTION: A permeable concrete constructions are comprised of 260-380kg of portland cement per 1 cubic meter, 80-180kg of water, 1400-2200kg of aggregate whose percentage for passing the 13mm-sieve is 100 wt.%, that of 8mm-sieve is 70-100%, and that of 2.5mm sieve is 1-15%, 2-5kg of blending agent, and 7-20kg of pigment. The concrete mixture is paved using a finisher or manpower, and hardened by a compactor or a roller. Then, the surface of the concrete mixture paved is colored by using epoxy group resin pigment or an aqueous inorganic pigment.
