摘要 PURPOSE: A call management service method and system is provided so that a call can selectively be carried out with a call requester according to the call management schedule settled by a service subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A call management service system is comprised of a call requester terminal(100), a service subscriber terminal(110), a switching system(120), an HLR(Home Location Register)(130), an SMS(Short Message Service) system(140), and a voice message system(150). The call requester terminal(100) generates a call for voice communication. The service subscriber terminal(110) receives the call generated from the call requester terminal(100). The switching system(120) transmits an information message to notify the call requester terminal(100) of a call impossible reason or a call possible time through the SMS system(140) and the voice message system(150) according to the call management schedule settled by the user of the service subscriber terminal(110). The HLR(130) contains the first information storage part(132) and the second information storage part(134). The first information storage part(132) stores call requester information, depending on the service subscriber's call management service application. The second information storage part(134) stores information messages to transmit to the call requester terminal(100).
