PURPOSE: A stink and counter-flow preventing device for sewage is provided to completely close an outfall and a manhole for completely blocking off not only the stink emitted from the outfall but also completely preventing the leakage of the harmful gas. CONSTITUTION: A stink and counter-flow preventing device for sewage includes a cylindrical housing(100), a strainer(200) attached to a top surface of the housing and forming an inlet part, a hemispherical opening and closing element(300) assembled into a lower part in the center of a bottom surface of the strainer to be driven vertically to open or close an inner diameter part of the housing, and a driving part(400) assembled into the center in the opening and closing hemisphere for driving the opening and closing hemisphere vertically.
