PURPOSE: A protrusion type utility pole manufacturing method is provided to form the surface of the utility pole tough for preventing the illegal attachment of posters with paste or tapes, thereby preventing the waste of time and manpower for removing the posters. CONSTITUTION: A protrusion type utility pole manufacturing method includes the steps of forming moulds for forming a utility pole by engraving protrusions(1,2) on a predetermined part of an inner peripheral surface of the moulds, inserting a steel core in the center of the moulds, pouring a mixture of cement and sand into the moulds after coupling the moulds together by bolts and nuts, and cutting the moulds after curing the mixture for a predetermined period.
