PURPOSE: A method for an electronic commercial transaction using a file sharing system is provided to embody a reality sense to an electronic commercial transaction by sharing commodity information to users only being connected simultaneously and performing a conversation between members, thereby transmitting commodity information actually. CONSTITUTION: A user performs a log-in processes in a web site and connects to a file sharing server providing commodity information through a file sharing. The file sharing server provides a search window for searching files of users by inputting a commodity search word to the users. If an enter key is inputted after the user inputs the search word, the file sharing server provides sharing file data to the corresponding user by searching a file having a specific identification symbol in a user-connected computer, and the advertisement data server provides an advertisement proper to the inputted search word on a user's screen. If the user wants to chat with a third party providing a specific file, a chatting server provides a chatting environment to the both users.
