VERTICAL TYPE PULVERIZING MACHINE FOR MANUFACTURING CRUSHED SAND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical type pulverizing machine for manufacturing crushed sand which efficiently manufacture the crushed sand for aggregate of particle shapes having roundness removed of corners approximate to the shapes of natural sand at a good yield while suppressing the formation of fine powder below 150μm inadequate as the aggregate. SOLUTION: Pulverizing rollers used for the vertical type pulverizing machine for manufacturing the crushed sand are formed to a conical type of a truncated cone shape reduced in the diameter toward the central direction of a pulverizing table and the top surface of the pulverizing table right below the pulverizing rollers is formed to a flat planar shape, by which the crushed sand for the aggregate may be efficiently manufactured while the formation of the fine powder below 150μm inadequate as the aggregate is suppressed.
