PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing powdery or granular QQQ- dependent glucose dehydrogenase that is mainly used as a raw material for diagnostic agent. SOLUTION: The objective stabilized PQQ-dependent glucose dehydrogenase composition is characteristically prepared by adding (i) one or more of compounds selected from the group consisting of aspartic acid, glutamic acid,α-keto-glutaric acid, malic acid,α-ketogluconic acid,α-cyclodextrin and their salts and (ii) albumen to PQQ-dependent glucose dehydrogenase and freeze-drying the resultant mixture.
