PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed granular body in highly precise quantity by preventing the change of the powder feeding quantity with the pressure of the granular body in a storage chamber in a method of feeing the prescribed quantity of granular body from the storage chamber housing the granular body. SOLUTION: A ring 2a is freely rotatably attached to the lower part of the storage chamber 1 with an arm 2d attached to a rotary shaft 3 in the center, plural blades 2b are attached to the ring 2a radially in the radius direction and plural housing spaces 2c each having a prescribed volume are formed by the blades and the bottom surface 1a and the side surface 1b of the storage chamber. A diaphragm 5 for closing the upper side of the routing passage of the blades is mounted to be fixed, granular body flowing down ports 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d are provided in the diaphragm to increase the opening area in the routing direction and a discharge part 4 is provided in the midst of the routing passage.
