PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new amine compound, and to provide an organic electroluminescent element which has a long luminescent life and excellent durability. SOLUTION: This amine compound represented by the general formula (1) [Ar1 to Ar7 are each an aryl, and further a pair of Ar1 and Ar2 and a pair of Ar6 and Ar7 may form each a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring together with the bound nitrogen atom; R1 and R2 are each H, an alkyl, an aryl or an aralkyl; Z1 and Z2 are H, a halogen atom, an alkyl, an alkoxy or an aryl; X1 to X3 are each a substituted or non-substituted arylene; (1) and (m) are each 0 or 1, provided that when (1) is 1, (m) is 0, or when (1) is 0, (m) is 1], and the organic electroluminescent element in which at least one layer containing at least one of the compounds represented by the general formula (1) is nipped between a pair of electrodes.
