PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building gasket excellent in durability, hermetic sealability of a door or glass and airtightness by using an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition. SOLUTION: An olefinic thermoplastic elastomer laminate is constituted of a substrate layer comprising the olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition (A), which has characteristics wherein (1) formula: 9<=Y-0.43X<=27 [wherein X is the JIS A hardness of the olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition and Y is the compression permanent strain (%) thereof] is satisfied and (2) tensile strength is 5-30 MPa and (3) permanent elongation is 18% or less, and a skin layer comprising an ultrahigh-molecular weight polyolefin composition (B). The building gasket comprising the olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition (A) is also provided. |
