PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste food which is based on raw sea urchin and can be used as a food material for cooking not only Japanese foods but also various foods, and to provide a method for producing the food. SOLUTION: This pasty food containing raw sea urchin contains, as main components, the solid content of the raw sea urchin and its soup which are obtained by adding at least alcohol to the raw sea urchin and then steaming the mixture, and refined konjak flour dissolved in water as a filler. |
