PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous solution for biocompatible injection for eliminating a cavitation in an acoustic treatment of tissue. SOLUTION: This method comprises introducing a gas such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen, etc., into a solution at 10-500 ml-min flow velocity to prepare a solution saturated with the gas, cleaning a target tissue range with the solution, inserting a probe into the target tissue range, subjecting the probe to ultrasonic vibration, emulsifying the target tissue and sucking the target tissue. A method (ultrasonic auxiliary type lipoplasty) for removing a fat tissue from a patient for the purpose of beauty culture uses the above method. |
