SOLUTION: Floats J floating a human body for breathing are fitted to a waterproof life-saving bag A so that no water enters the clothes of the human body, and the human body can be floated in the life-saving bag for refuge. The fabric, the sheet, and the film of the life-saving bag are doubled or made of a heat insulating material, and a reflecting device of heat energy is fitted inside the fabric, the sheet, and the film so that the thermal energy warmed by the body temperature in the life-saving bag is not discharged to the outside in the life-saving bag device. |
