PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IH rice cooker which suppresses electric power consumption effectively during cooking and keeping-warm. SOLUTION: A protection frame that stores a pan comprises a protection frame shell 9 in the side face and a protection under frame 3 at the bottom face. An electromagnetic induction-heating coil 4 that heats the pan is arranged in the protection under frame 3 and a double-layered inner case 11 that has a vacuum chamber is arranged outside the protection frame shell 9 and the protection under frame 3.
