PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair having a minimum number of parts which can be folded and accumulated in order to form a compact cube for easy storage and transportation. SOLUTION: A foldable chair comprising three foam cushions that are covered with a fabric and form a seat 12, a legrest 14 and a footrest 16. The legrest 14 is attached to the front edge of the seat 12 by a long fabric hinge 58. The legrest 14 has a convex side face with a sift contour that compensates a concave contour of the seat 12 and the seat 12 is combined in an open form to form a lounge chair having a soft and comfortable face that supports a body in an S shaped manner. An opposite side of the legrest 14 has a concave contour to compensate an upper contour of the footrest. The footrest is an independent part not connected with the seat 12 nor the legrest 14. When unused and folded, the legrest is stored in the concave sheet and when the footrest is put in the concave contour of the legrest 14, the constructed body forms a cube which is easy to handle in storage and transportation.
