PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided an accessory for a pet to which a card indicating the address of owner, in the like, can be surely attached. SOLUTION: Both end parts of a boltlike body 2 to be wound on the neck of a pet are provided with a connecting and disconnecting member 4 composed of a seizing projected part 4a and a receiving part 4b. The surface of the receiving part 4b is furnished with an inverted L-shaped seizing channel part 4f. The card 5 indicating the address of owner, or the like, and a transparent cover 6 for protecting the card 5 are inserted into the seizing channel part 4f.
