PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to easily exhaust gas within a discharge space and effectively to suppress air residue within the discharge space by forming an exhaust hole in a rear plate. CONSTITUTION: A front plate(1) and a rear plate(2) are separated with a predetermined gap. A sealing layer(18) is inserted between edges of the front/rear plates to seal internal space between the front/rear plates. Barriers(4) are formed in the internal space with a predetermined discharge gap, and a plurality of electrodes(11) are formed on both sides of the barriers. An exhaust hole(6) is formed on one side of the rear plate outside a display area(10). A channel(8) of predetermined height and width greater than the discharge gap is formed between the rear plate and the front plate outside the display area.
