PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a production efficiency by shortening a time for type switching operation of reinforced fiber yarn when combining a plurality types of materials of reinforced fiber with FRP. SOLUTION: Guide rails 32 and 40 and a ball screw 50 are provided parallel with the rotating shaft of a mandrel 1 supported rotatably in axial direction. Guide members 10 and 11 corresponding to different types of reinforced fiber yarns 2 and 3 are installed slidably on the guide rail 32, a moving body 8 is installed on the guide rail 40 drivably by the ball screw 50. When the reinforced fiber yarn 2 is switched to the reinforced fiber yarn 3, the moving part 8 connected to the guide member 10 is moved to a standby position so as to release the connection and, after the guide member 10 is kept waiting, the moving body 8 is moved to the guide member 11 for connection. Then the guide member 11 is driven to start to wind the reinforced fiber yarn 3 on the mandrel 1.
