<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unuse a river, a mountain stream, tap water, well water or the like as the water source of a biotope. SOLUTION: A water level fluctuation region 2a is placed around a dead water region 1, and a vegetation ecotone 2 is placed in the region 2a. A watershed is joined to the region 2a and excess influent water is overflown into the watershed to control the allowable upper limit of water level in the region 2a within the limit of the ecotone 2. In addition, the lower part and the upper part of the watershed are made to communicate with each other through a water conveyance means for conveying water to the upper part from a tank 6 for running water which is installed in the lower part of the watershed.</p> |
