PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubbery polymer composition which has a good moldability, in which additives are dispersed well, and which exhibits excellent heat build-up properties, or the like, when it contains silica as a reinforcement. SOLUTION: This polymer composition is prepared by compounding 100 pts.wt. rubbery polymer with 0.5-100 pts.wt. multiphase heteromorphic particles. The multiphase heteromorphic particle is composed of at least two polymer phases exposed to the surface of the particle, and at least one of the polymer phases is different from the other polymer phases in composition or composition ratio of monomer units. The polymer composition may further contain 1-200 pts.wt. reinforcement (preferably, a silica compound) based on 100 pts.wt. rubbery polymer. Preferably, at least one polymer phase among two or more polymer phases constituting the multiphase heteromorphic particle is formed from a conjugated diene polymer. Preferably, a silicon compound is chemically bonded to at least one of the polymer phases.
