SOLUTION: This sheet for cleaning bodies, comprising an oily substance- absorbing layer 1 comprising an oily substance-absorbing nonwoven fabric, an aqueous cleaning liquid-holding layer 2 comprising an aqueous cleaning liquid-holding nonwoven fabric which holds an aqueous cleaning liquid, and a liquid-impermeable layer 3 disposed between the layers 1 and 2.
