PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp cornoid lamella-removing agent which has an excellent action for removing pore cornoid lamellas in a scalp and makes it possible to cleanly retain the scalp. SOLUTION: This scalp cornoid lamella-removing agent characterized by containing (A) at least one kind of nonionic surfactant having a liquid appearance at 25 deg.C and having an HLB of 6 to 10, and (B) at least one kind of anionic water-soluble polymer.
