PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction and conveyance device for a printing block capable of improving workability for a suction means. SOLUTION: A suction unit 300 for sucking and conveying a photopolymer block 102 consists of a sucker unit 304 and a support unit 306, and the sucker unit 304 is rotatably supported on the support unit 306. Consequently, when a sucker 124 is replaced, a front cover 350 is opened, and the sucker unit 304 is rotated from a position shown by a solid line to a position shown by a two- dot chain line to replace the sucker 124 without slipping into a device main body 302. Moreover, if a trouble occurs, the suction unit 300 itself can leave the device main body 302 to improve workability for the suction means.
