PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate exposing device capable of preventing an extracting failure of a printing plate from a storing cassette and recognizing a size of the printing plate from the outside of the storing cassette. SOLUTION: In the storing cassette 208 of the printing plate automatically exposing device 100, a photo polymer plate 102 is set to a standard position with a right guide 216, a left guide 224, and a vertical guide 260. The right guide 216 and the left guide 224 are supported at two points, respectively, and the vertical guide 260 is supported at four points to prevent tilting setting of the photo polymer plate 102. The photo polymer plate 102 is set and then slide positions of these guides are adjusted to prevent set position variation of the photo polymer plate 102, so that the extracting failure of the photo polymer plate 102 from the storing cassette 208 can be prevented. The outer wall of the storing cassette 208 is provided with a counter for displaying the slide position of the vertical guide 260, so that a size of the photo polymer plate 102 can be recognized from the outside of the storing cassette 208.
