PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft expanded body in which goods or hands are incorporated inside with suppressing to a minimum outflow of air filled in the expanded body. SOLUTION: The expanded body 1 formed as a closed air chamber with a thin soft synthetic resin sheet 2, a window part 6 capable of being opened and closed by a fastener 9 or the like arranged on the body 1, and an entrance part 10 that opens upward and downward composed of a self-sticking thin soft adhering sheets 11, 12 located at upside and downside which can be drawn from inner space 5 through the window 6, or stored in the inner space 5.
