PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a pillow always and without fail at a fixed position in use of a bed mainly for patients. SOLUTION: An attachment is formed by constructing three parts of an under side part 2, a center part 3 and an upper side part 4 by triply folding a cloth, and forming side godet parts 5, 5 by folding and connecting and sewing the under side part with both left and right ends of the center part. An under bag part that opens in one direction is formed between both godet parts and a longitudinal godet part 7 and an upper bag part 10 is formed that opens in another direction 12 formed between the upper side and the center part by connecting and sewing 11, 11 both left and right ends of the upper side with both sides of the godet parts.
