PURPOSE: A mobile terminal having an advertisement receiving function and an order function is provided to supply various goods information to users' mobile terminals at regular or irregular intervals so that the users can search for various information conveniently at any time and execute ordering for desired goods according to searched results. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal contains a communication signal transceiver(11), a communication signal processor(12), a microprocessor(13), an input-output interface(14), a command input unit(15), a display unit(16), a speaker(17), a microphone(18), and a control program memory(19). The communication signal transceiver(11) carries out a function to transmit and receive signals with a base station. The communication signal processor(12) converts the signal from the microphone(18) into a signal suitable for transmission and sends it through the communication signal transceiver(11). In addition, the mobile terminal contains an advertising information receiving handler(101), a memory(103), a search handler(104), an order information transmitting handler(105), and a searched information transmitting handler(106). The memory(103) stores received advertising information. The search handler(104) is provided to search for stored advertising information. The advertising information receiving handler(101), provided with an advertising information extractor and an advertising information converter, extracts an advertising information signal from a carrier wave, converts it into a suitable pattern, and stores a result in the memory(103) through a buffer(102). |
