PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice molding apparatus capable of constantly and efficiently molding cooked rice bodies each of predetermined weight. SOLUTION: This cooked rice molding apparatus comprises the following scheme: a rotatably axially supported cooked rice loosening mechanism D is arranged on a cooked rice transporting path C on an introduction conveyor B which is provided for conveying, forward from the rear, a predetermined- weight cooked rice a2 supplied from a measuring/supplying mechanism A, a molding block F made by vertically penetrating a molding hole 17 and a cooked rice charging/compressing press die G are liftably arranged on the upper part of a molded product carrying-out conveyor H in front of the above introduction conveyor B, and also a cooked rice extrusion slider E which extrudes the predetermined-weight cooked rice into the molding hole 17 of the above molding block F is movably arranged in the longitudinal direction on a base panel 15 below the front end of the introduction conveyor B. |
