<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the complicated structure and construction required for the dispersion of physical pressure in the mattress and the conventional cushion material (a metal coil spring, urethane foam or various types of cotton) of a chair and to solve a problem of being disposed as waster by final disposal by employing recycling material. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic polyether polyester elastomer material (TEEE) is extracted in a strand rubber and the strand rubber thus obtained is knitted by a knitting machine or woven by weaving machine. Otherwise, a stretching base fabric is produced by knitting or weaving the strand rubber with fibers and used to be applied as skin on outer frames of mattress, a chair, a wheel chair or the like to make a novel cushion material. A hook or a screw and a nut are mounted on both ends or one end of the stretching base fabric to achieve a dispersion of physical pressure in a tension adjustable construction. As for cars or the like, a cushion material newly produced from the novel stretchable base fabric is used to absorb and disperse energy working on a seat belt in case of the collision.</p> |
