<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency hardening device which applies high-frequency hardening to works having shaft parts subjected to machining and cup parts not subjected to machining at end faces. SOLUTION: This high-frequency hardening device has a dividing station 100 which divides the work W, a first hardening station 200 which applies high-frequency hardening to the cup part WC of the work W divided by the same, a second hardening station 300 which applies high-frequency hardening to the shaft part WS of the work W subjected to the high-frequency hardening at the cup part WC, an ejection station 400 which ejects the work W subjected to the high-frequency hardening in the first hardening station 200 and the second hardening station 300 and a work moving mechanism 500 which moves the work W between the respective stations 100 to 400. The device clamps only the shaft part WS of the work W, moves the same, clamps only the shaft part WS of at least the work W and executes the high-frequency hardening of the cup part in the first station 200 in the state of floating the end face in universe.</p> |
