PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely manufacture a silicone elastomer spherical powder dispersion which has narrow particle diameter distribution and good slipping ability. SOLUTION: [A] An organpolyosiloxane composition comprising (a) an organopolysiloxane having at least 2 olefinic unsaturated groups in the molecule and (b) an organohydrogen polysiloxane having at least 2 hydrogen atoms each directly bonded to a silicon atom in the molecule, the number of hydrogen directly bonded to the silicon atom of the (b) component per one olefinic unsaturted group of the (a) component being 0.5 to 5, is dispersed in water by the use of a nonionic surface active agent having an HLB of 11.0 to 17.0, followed by curing it with an addition reaction catalyst to produce the objective silicone elastomer spherical powder dispersion having a volume average diameter of 100 to 1,000μm and its standard deviation of not more than 100μm. |
