PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery aerosol composition capable of effectively exhibiting drying action, etc., of the feature of a powdery aerosol agent, maintaining a spreading and sticking property and having high safety even under the condition of cumulative uses. SOLUTION: This powdery aerosol composition features being formulated with the following three ingredients and a propellant: (1) a vegetable starch- containing powdery ingredient; (2) a higher fatty acid ester having a molecular weight of >=500; and (3) a 1-3C alcohol.
