PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a corrugated board box wherein processing processes in a corrugated board manufacturer can be decreased and raw materials for forming the box can be safely transferred. SOLUTION: A blank 81 wherein a plurality of panels 1a, 1b, 2a and 2b for forming a square cylindrical trunk part of the box and a connecting piece 5 are successively connected through longitudinal ruled lines b1-b4 is carried in one direction and in the carrying path, the blank S1 is bent by 180 degrees along two longitudinal ruled lines b1 and b3 and overlapped parts of the panel 1a and the connecting piece 5 are stuck each other to form a flat box body S2. The box body S2 is assembled so as to form a square cylindrical shape to form the trunk part W of the box and inner flaps 3b and outer flaps 4b provided on one end of the trunk part W are bent in the inner direction and overlapped parts of the inner flaps 3b and the outer flaps 4b are stuck to form a corrugated board box S4 whose one end is opened.
