PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an epoxy resin composition for a laminated sheet rapidly curable during hot molding and providing a high-quality molded product, having good moldability and stably preservable at about normal temperatures over a long period and a prepreg and the laminated sheet using the epoxy resin composition. SOLUTION: This epoxy resin for the laminated sheet consists essentially of (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a polyamine and (C) an organophosphorane represented by the general formula (1) and having curing accelerating effects.
